Discharged 5 April 1918 and commissioned 2nd Lt. 6 April from the enlisted reserve into the Air Service. Served at Ohio St. University until 30 March 1918 and at Scott Field, Illinois until discharge on 14 December 1918. Agent for Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance. SS# 278-30-8059. Died at Good Samaritan Hospital after prostate cancer (8 years) matastasized to the lungs. |
