In the christening records of four of his children he is shown as Toby and his wife as Alvina with her mother's name as Annie MASON. The Civil recording of the marriage is recorded in book 24A, page 165. Burial for both Tobias and Elvina was in the McDonaughville Cemetery in Gretna. Gretna was once called McDonaughville and considered to be a part of Algier, a section of New Orleans.} |
