Wiley Joseph Daigle, age 79, of Waldron, Arkansas, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. Wiley was born on May 6, 1942, in Bayou Chene, Louisiana, to Wilden and Nola (nee Ohmer) Daigle.

Wiley leaves behind his wife of 40 years, Marilyn Daigle, four daughters, Tina Daigle of Lafayette, Louisiana, Crystal and her husband Lance Daigle, of Maumelle, Arkansas, Chantelle Cox of Waldron, Arkansas, Nikki and her husband, Shawn Justice of Waldron, Arkansas, five sons, Wiley Daigle, Jr., and his wife Misty of Broussard, Louisiana, Kirk Daigle of Austin, Texas, Robert Gerlick of Spokane, Washington, Daniel Gerlick and his wife Patrenda of Lakeview, Arkansas, and Drew Daigle and partner Karina of Brandon, Florida. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, Chelsea, Joey, Logan, Wade, Levi, Maegan, Payton, Kai, Ethan, Piper, Andy, Shane, Lance, and Avalynn and 7 great-grandchildren, Leland, Harper, Maddie, Annie, Logan, Zane, Emma, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Wiley was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Earl and Reginald Daigle, and two infant sisters.

Wiley grew up on the bayous of South Louisiana and worked as accomplished welder and pipe fitter until retirement. He enjoyed cooking, "grumping," and watching westerns.

Wiley was a hard worker who loved his family and loved Jesus.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel on Monday April 18, 2022.

Services will be held 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 18, 2022, at Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Waldron, Arkansas with graveside services to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery under the direction of Martin Funeral Home in Waldron.
