Note	Catholic. He appears on Speyer birth page #137. In Herxheim he was birth #43. He is beleived to have migrated to the United States. A Martin appears in the 1870 census as age 20 living in McKean Township [Erie County, Pennsylvania], reference 1341 276. The immigration records show he migrated in 1882 [possibly 1862], was living in Fairview Township for 24 years, and was certified September 27, 1886 with Joseph B. Eichenlaub as his sponsor.
